Diamond’s Bistro is named for Diamond Bruno, a U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant, devoted dad, bodybuilder, and grill master. He knew how to bring people together around good food.

We carry his name with love—serving the kind of bold, generous food he’d be proud to share.
